Registration Art City Tour
UX/UI design for the registration section on the art city tour platform, a museum tour during the night that takes place every two months.
Prototype made on figma.

How did this project come to life?
Driven by a user-centered and data-informed approach, I conducted on-site observations, interviews with 10+ attendees, and gathered feedback from event organizers to understand the pain points of the registration and ticketing experience.
Why?
The existing system caused multiple issues:
Users often lost their QR codes, delaying entry.
There was no way to track special needs, such as disability accommodations.
Each participant had to register individually, increasing load times and traffic congestion on the website.
These inefficiencies negatively affected both the user experience and the event operations.
For who?
The redesigned platform targets art enthusiasts, whether they attend regularly or occasionally, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for a broader audience.
Purpose
To restructure the website’s architecture and develop a streamlined, inclusive registration system that enables:
Group registrations
Status customization (e.g., disability support)
Persistent, user-friendly ticket access
Where?
On the Art City Tour’s official digital platform, supporting both desktop and mobile access for pre-event registration and real-time updates.
Concept.
For this project, both design system and architecture were designed from the very beginning.
Creative modernity. Was the concept for creating the design system, to keep the attention of the user, we must make the website as interesting as the event.
