Events module Innoloft
Innoloft Gmbh is a Start up located in Germany. For this project, the goal was to reestructure the architecture of the module events.
Prototype made in Figma.

How did this project come to life?
This redesign was driven by a user-centered approach. By conducting 12 user interviews, 6 with platform participants and 6 with event organizers, along with survey feedback from 40+ active users. Usability testing and task analysis revealed that the existing event module lacked intuitive navigation, causing confusion and drop-offs across both user fronts.
Concept.
Why?
The previous structure was not intuitive enough for users to create, manage, or modify events, leading many to resort to external platforms. This disrupted the user journey and created friction in the overall event workflow.
For who?
Two primary user groups:
Organizers, who needed a streamlined and flexible backend to set up and publish events.
Participants, who sought clarity and accessibility when exploring or joining events.
Purpose
To redesign the event module with a focus on usability, clarity, and end-to-end interaction flows—boosting user satisfaction, increasing platform engagement, and minimizing the need for third-party tools.
Where?
A web-based platform with two front-ends tailored to distinct user needs, ensuring a seamless experience for both event creators and attendees.

Filter events per user.
The ones the user is going to attend are separated from the ones the user created. This filted dind’t exist before and it was a solution to find them without extra clics inside the platform.
Events creation.
Previously, the road to create a new event took around 5 to 6 clics, now, it is possible with only 1.
